Our Zari is available in a vibrant spectrum of colors and deniers ranging from approximately 60–70 up to 2,500, including options like 75 single and 75 double, ensuring tailor-made solutions that meet every creative vision.
Operating from our state-of-the-art facility in Pandesara, Surat, we maintain an impressive production capacity of 150 tons of Zari per month, guaranteeing consistent quality and timely delivery. Established in 2014 as part of Saffron Group’s journey of expansion and backward integration, Saffron Jari Industries Pvt. Ltd. began with job work for metallic yarn — the core raw material of Zari manufacturing. With strategic investments and the setup of our advanced plant in Sachin, we evolved into a leading name in the metallic yarn industry. While Saffron Met-Yarns continues to be an integral part of our operations, Saffron Jari Industries has emerged as a thriving independent enterprise known for its innovation and quality.
Our diverse product range includes Lacquered Polyester Filling, Glitter Powder, and a wide array of Metallic Yarns available in five types of cuts and over 1,000 color options, offering unmatched customization. We specialize in matte polyester films, pioneering matte shades at competitive prices. Our metallic yarns, made from lacquered polyester film, can be slit for multiple applications or converted into glitter powder and sequins. With micron sizes ranging from 11 to 150, our products cater to industries like schiffli, knitting, fabric manufacturing, and garments.
To support our operations, Anu Corporation manufactures 75 single yarns exclusively for in-house consumption, ensuring top-tier quality through advanced machinery and precision.
